• Operate vehicle only within approved geographic area
• Allow no unauthorized drivers
• Maintain proper insurance
• Return vehicle with same fuel level
• Return vehicle to rental office location
• Accept responsibility for all tolls, violations, and damages

Renter acknowledges that violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate termination
• Forfeiture of deposit
• Additional financial charges
